Hunger Walk

This event is a collaboration among Associated Churches Neighborhood Food Network, The Franciscan Center, and Miss Virginia’s Mission House. The purpose of Hunger Walk is to raise awareness of local hunger issues and provide funding for the three organizations.

Participate

Form a team or walk as an individual and solicit donations! Here's your form to get you started:

Here's also a link to get you started electronically: Hunger Walk Fundraising Site. Using this site will enable you to register, form teams, contact friends by email and social networks, and make donations! You'll reach your goals quicker as long distance friends find it easy to donate.

Sponsor

You may opt to sponsor the event. Levels range from $100-$1,000. Here's a simple form to print, fill out, and mail in with your donation: Hunger Walk Sponsorship Form [pdf]

Donate

Maybe you're not up to walking, but you'd still like to help. Just mail in your donation to Associated Churches at 602 East Wayne St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802 or donate electronically here. In the upper right corner where it says, "Help Our Cause," simply click on the third choice, "Make a Donation." Follow the instructions from there.

Most importantly, pray.

9:00 AM: Registration

9:45 AM: Devotion

10:00 AM: Walk Begins

11:00 AM: Finish
