Celebrate Father's Day weekend by running for your father, grandfather, or father-figure. Bring the entire family for a fun morning of activities, including a free kid's fun run, balloons, face-painting, and music. Walk, run, or RUCK the course circling around Lakeside Park's beautiful rose garden. Stay after the race for a pancake breakfast and fellowship.

  • Kid's Fun Run

    Children of all ages are able to participate in a Kid's Fun Run for FREE. There will also be face painting, balloons, and awards for everyone.

  • Church Teams

    Get your church members to participate for a chance to win a trophy. Congregations are encouraged to bring the most participants from each church. Church teams receive DISCOUNTED pricing.

  • RUCK for ABC

    Ruckers are asked to fill their backpacks with 10 lbs. of baby item donations (such as diapers, wipes, & wash) to support A Baby’s Closet. Ruckers will be entered into a new category for an award.

  • Volunteer

    Volunteer at the Father's Day 5K by helping set-up, face painting, being a course marshal, etc. Find out more areas you can help here >>

  • Pancake Breakfast

    Associated Churches appreciates fathers and would like to cook a pancake breakfast for them and their families. This is a time for fellowship after the race.

  • Lakeside Park Course

  • Advance Packet Pick-Up

    Bibs, T-shirts, and Chips will be available the day before the race, Friday, June 19th at Associated Churches from 12pm to 6pm.

  • Recognition Awards

    Awards will be given to the top female and male participants in each age group. View Categories >>

  • Honor Your Father

    For an additional $100, you can add your father-figures name to the back of the race t-shirt. Find this option when you sign-up for the race.

  • Support Our Programs

    The FD5K donations will support Military Families and A Baby’s Closet. These programs aid local parents and children with food, baby items, and living assistance.


In 2019, over 500 runners, families, and businesses came to this 5K.

Associated Churches projects that over 500
people will be in attendance for 2020's 5K.
